Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package at your nearest authorized parcel shop; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
